This document, produced by the Ministry of Energy of The Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republican State Enterprise "Information and Analysis Center for Environmental Protection" specify the intended objectives of the Kazaks national PRTR, the entire design for the system is provided as well as the national requirement for data collection. The institutional responsibilities regarding the PRTR system operation is also provided. The proposal concludes with some recommendations for the further development of the National PRTR System.
