The Ministry of Environment of Peru has developed this document. It specifies the objectives of PERU’s PRTR, develops the procedures and requirement regarding reporting, highlights the future data management system, and defines the role and responsibilities regarding Moldova’s PRTR at the national level. The proposal also includes a work plan for PRTR implementation in the country and recommendation for further developments of the PRTR system. The first part of the document is a summary in English. It is followed by the entire proposal in Spanish.
