The Ministry of Environment of Peru held a National Inception Workshop on PRTR, in Lima, Peru the 15th February 2017, as part of the Global Project on the Implementation of PRTRs as a tool for POP reporting, dissemination and awareness raising. The aim of the workshop was to present the project (scope, stage workplan and procedure) to the public and private sector. The designing phase of the PRTR was also presented to the audience.
