PRTRs: PROMOTING INFORMED DECIONS FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

3rd Global Tound Table

The secretariat of the Protocol on PRTRs, as part of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, (UNECE), the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the United Nations Institute for Training and Research, (UNITAR) and UN Environment are organizing the 3rd Global round table on PRTRs, in Geneva, from the 7 to the 8 of November 2018.

The aim of the Global round table is to promote exchanges between Governments and different stakeholders on PRTR-related issues.

Good practices, common challenges and new opportunities related to the further development of PRTRs will be among the main themes discussed. Invited panellists from different regions will make short opening statements/presentations (up to 7 minutes), after which an open debate will be started.
